Storz Hose Fittings are one of the most popular twist-to-lock style hose couplings. The items listed are cast aluminium but they are also available in Brass, Stainless Steel and forged Aluminium on request. Storz are designed in such a way that means there are no separate male and female parts, they simply have two identical locking lugs per head which you twist together, tightening with the Storz Spanner to lock in place. This type of fitting finds a great deal of use in fire fighting applications, are also very commonly fitted to road tankers and are used for water transfer and powder blowing systems.
