Having been established since 1945 this has allowed us through the years to invest in the latest technology to gain a large portfolio of Conversion machinery such as swing arm and travel head clicking presses, Merkle & Antares strip cutting machines and an impressive range of die cutting and gasket fabrication tools. All of these allow us to convert all of our rubber and sponge material in house to your individual choice of standard or bespoke precision cut gaskets, cut to length or width strip or just simple hand fabricated patterns or sleeves. All of which can be converted as single units or large quantities in plain or self adhesive versions which aid in third hand fixing and a same day service for those urgent requirements can be provided on certain products.

Non-Rubber StripsHigh quality non-rubber materials supplied in cut strip format. Materials such as PTFE, Nylon, Polypropylene, PVC and Cork all available to view online.
