Foam & Sponge Strips

At Rubberlast we have the most up to date state of the art slitting machines which gives us the ability to convert all our EPDM/NEO, Pyrosorb-S acoustic, silicone, Polyurethane, Polyethylene & PVC/Nitrile Foam & sponge material into strip roll format depending on your application. These strips can be produced in both plain or self adhesive backed versions that aid in third hand fixing and come in a variety of widths, lengths both short and long. Having produced strip material for over 50 years we tend to stick with a tried a tested formula were we know we can slit no narrower than 6mm wide on material thickness’s up to and including 6mm thick. All material over 6mm thick we recommend slitting no narrower than the thickness of the material eg, 8mm x 8mm, 10mm x 10mm , 12mm x 12mm etc.
