BUTYL RUBBER SHEETING (IIR) 65° SHORE

Butyl Rubber Sheeting (IIR) is a high performance, synthetic elastomer manufactured from a blend of Isobutylene with Isoprene. Butyl's most unique property is it's impermeability to gas and thermal stability, seeing most use in applications such as tyre tubes, bladders for sports balls and speaker surrounds. It also has excellent resistance to weathering, ageing and UV light.

NOTE: Values listed are for full, unaltered rolls of rubber. If you require part rolls, cut strips, gaskets or adhesive backed rubber, please see our Gaskets & Strips section.
