PLUTONE PU PRESS FOOD AND PHARMACEUTICAL SUCTION & DELIVERY HOSE
Plutone PU Press is a transparent, highly specialized food and pharmaceutical suction & delivery hose made of an Ether based TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), reinforced with an AISI 302 stainless steel helix. It is completely smooth inside and out to ensure optimisation of flow and easy cleaning. This product is odourless and tasteless, it preserves the organoleptical properties of the delivered materials and has exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, microbes, amoeba, mineral oils chemicals, ozone, weathering and ageing. Can be made conductive by grounding the helix.

NOTE: 'Coil length - Mtr' is the standard coil length we supply this product in and the 'Qty' you enter will be supplied in multiples of that length.
EXAMPLE: Enter Qty '1' – then this will be supplied as 1 x 30Mtr or 1 x 60Mtr length depending on your choice.

Technical Specifications
This hose is reinforced with an AISI 302 stainless steel wire helix. Plutone PU Press is compliant with pharmaceutical standards USP CLASS V1. Food grade in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 (Classes A, B, C, D2, E) and US FDA Regulation Title 21 CFR 177.2600 classes D, E and F. Suitable for the conveyance of food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic granulates (powders, pills, tablets and solutions) and solutions containing alcohol of less than 20% weight by volume. This product is not vulcanised and so is free of any curing agents (peroxide or platinum volatile rests). Plutone PU Press has a working temperature range between -40°C and +90°C (peaking at +125°C).
