Mild Steel Unicone

The Unicone has been used for many years in the road tanker industry due to its full bore system which makes it ideally suitable for the transfer of food, sugar, flour plastic pellets, concrete and animal feed pellets as it prevents build or break up of product at the joint which other systems fail to do. This system is very simple as the seal is inserted into one of the Unicone hose fittings, the clamp is then opened and slid over this end. The second coupling is pushed over the exposed seal and while holding this second coupling in place the clamp is positioned centrally over the joint and is toggled closed forming a tight joint.
