Whip-Check Safety Device

Whip-Check is a safety cable used mainly during an abrasive blasting process. Whip-checks connect hoses across a high pressure coupling to prevent the hoses from whipping around is the connection fails. They are designed as a fail safe to keep pressurized hoses in one place should any inadvertent decoupling occur.

Whip-check installation is easy and doesn't require any tools or equipment. The whip-check has spring-loaded loops that are opened and slipped over each hose, providing a firm grip and avoiding them whipping around in the event of a failure.
