Nitrile Rubber Bush

Rubber Bushes are used in a wide range of industries for a wide variety of applications. They are designed mainly as a item for reducing noise and vibration between connecting parts. Rubber bushes see most use as an anti-vibration part in automotive suspension. They are usually bonded to an inner and outer metal tube, pressed into a housing which will provide compliance between the inner and outer metals in the radial, axial , torsional and conical directions.

Nitrile is most commonly used in automotive applications where oil and grease are involved. This is because nitrile has an excellent resistance to oils, greases, petroleum products and diesel as well as having moderate resistance to weathering, ozone, UV light and a decent thermal stability.
