Edge Trim - T/FAST 100

Edge Trims are a universal edge protection profile and are a very versatile product. These profiles can be found in a wide variety of sectors from construction and the metal industry to manufacturing and automotive. They generally serve as a sealing profile for sharp edges. These products are highly popular for use on classic cars, motor cycles and scooters and seeing regular use in the Shipbuilding industry.

Edge Trims are mostly manufactured in a PVC compound with a steel rib reinforcement. PVC is used as it has excellent mechanical properties and exceptional resistance to chemicals, acids, alcohols, fats and salts. PVC is a lightweight alternative to EPDM and shares many of the weather resistant properties of its’ rubber counterpart along with a very long service life.

Easy To Install

The strips are made of plasticised PVC compound and so are easily to cut to length using a variety of tools. Our Edge Trims can be bonded in place to any surface creating a tight seal when needed, in addition to the tapered channel offering superior gripping qualities.
