PVC / NITRILE CLASS 'O' SPONGE


Our PVC / Nitrile is a closed cell, flexible insulation foam for reliable condensation control. It is comprised of a unique micro-cell structure that makes the foam easy to install, and it means that no additional water vapour barrier is required. It sees extensive use across industries such as: construction; shipbuilding; railway; electrical engineer; and automotive. This product is flame retardant to BS476 Part 6 1989 - Class 'O' and UL94-VO - Yellow Card No. E475316.

Manufacture and Shipping

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process of this product, you may occasionally see minor surface deformations or blemishes, and the material may be more odorous than normal. We can also supply this with a self adhesive backing on request. Please enquire for more information.
