PVC / NITRILE CLASS 'O' SPONGE

RESIN BONDED CORK SHEET

This material is made of 2-3mm granules of natural cork, bound by a polyurethane resin. The resin binder allows the material much more strength in flexibility than if it was bound by other agents such as an epoxy. It also has excellent abrasion resistance and compression recovery. This material is quite commonly seen used as placemats and drinks coasters. If you are applying an adhesive backing we strongly recommend you use a PVA based adhesive as contact adhesives can disrupt the resin binder.

NOTE: The prices listed are for unaltered sheets of cork. If you require gaskets or strips please see our Gaskets and Strips section.

If you have any questions or require any further information please email sales@rubberlast.com where we will be happy to assist you.
