Shot Blast

Shotblast Hose Fittings have been specifically designed for use in the shot and sand blasting industries. They have tow lugs located on the locking heads that can be quickly connected or disconnected in a similar twist-to-lock style operation as our Claw Couplings. All shotblast couplings are externally fitted on flexible shotblast hoses, secured with the use of self tapping screws. This method of fitment is designed so that the coupling doesn't wear internally from the force of the abrasive shot of grit that is passing through the hose. They are usually manufactured from iron or nylon, although other materials may be available on request. Click here to see our full range of hose fittings.
