PVC/Nitrile Closed Cell Sponge

Our PVC / Nitrile is a closed cell, flexible insulation foam for reliable condensation control. It is comprised of a unique micro-cell structure that makes the foam easy to install, and it means that no additional water vapour barrier is required. It offers excellent isolating qualities and excellent performance against heat loss, resulting in superb thermal conductivity. It sees extensive use across industries such as: construction; shipbuilding; railway; electrical engineer; and automotive. This product is flame retardant to BS476 Part 6 1989 - Class 'O' and UL94-VO - Yellow Card No. E475316. This sponge can be supplied as cut length sheets or adhesive backed material upon request.
